  • Wash Instructions:

    • Machine wash cold with similar colors to prevent color bleeding and fading.

    • Turn inside out before washing to protect the fabric and any printed or embroidered designs.

    • Use a gentle detergent to preserve fabric integrity and prevent damage.

    • Avoid bleach as it can weaken the fibers and cause discoloration.

    Drying Instructions:

    • Tumble dry low to prevent excessive shrinkage and heat damage. Polyester is more heat-resistant than cotton, but lower temperatures will help maintain the garment's shape and feel.

    • Remove promptly from the dryer to reduce wrinkles. If possible, air dry to prolong the life of the garment and prevent wear.

    • Do not dry clean as it could cause fabric damage.

    Ironing Instructions:

    Iron on low heat if needed, avoiding direct heat on any prints or designs. Use a cloth between the iron and the fabric to prevent scorch marks.

  • 1. Return Window

    • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a full refund or exchange.

    • After 30 days, returns are not accepted, but you may still be eligible for an exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

    2. Eligibility for Return

    To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    • The item must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.

    • The product must have all original tags and labels attached.

    • Items must be returned in the original packaging (if applicable).

    • Final sale items (such as discounted or clearance items) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items will be clearly marked on the website.

    3. How to Return or Exchange

    • Step 1: Please contact our Customer Service team at paulbearclothing@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RMA) number.

    • Step 2: Once your return is authorized, you will be provided with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

    • Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely and include the original receipt or order confirmation.

    • Step 4: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service to 2767 Bella Cir, Santa Rosa, CA.

    4. Return Shipping Costs

    • Returns for a refund are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • Exchanges are free for U.S. customers; however, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    5. Refund Processing

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

    6. Exchanges

    • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please reach out to our Customer Service team. Exchanges are subject to availability.

    • If the exchange is of equal or lesser value, we will refund the difference. If the exchange is of higher value, we will notify you to process the payment.

    7. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the order, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund. We may ask for photos of the damaged item to help us resolve the issue.

    8. International Returns

    • We accept returns for international orders; however, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds for international orders may take longer to process due to customs delays.

    9. Non-returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Gift cards

    • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the website)

    • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

    • Customized or personalized items
